Staff was helpfull and we loved our stay. All in all MARVELLOUS location nevertheless the street was noisy. Menkuiya, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

Staff was absolutely amicable. The room was very clean. Subway station Hakata was relatively near the hotel.
